남도들노래는 전라남도 진도 지역을 중심으로 전승되어 온 대표적인 농요로, 농사일을 하며 부르던 노동요이다. 1973년 전통문화의 가치를 인정받아 국가무형유산 제51호로 전승·보존되고 있으며, 우리 민족의 공동체 문화를 보여주는 소중한 문화유산으로 평가받고 있다. 남도들노래 단체는 전통 농요인 남도들노래의 보존과 전승을 위해 활동하는 문화예술단체이다. 구성원들은 선조들의 삶과 노동의 지혜가 담긴 남도들노래를 계승하며, 공연과 교육, 체험 프로그램을 통해 전통문화를 널리 알리고 있다. 또한 지역 주민과 함께하는 다양한 문화행사를 통해 공동체 정신을 이어가고 있으며, 남도 특유의 구성진 가락과 흥겨운 장단을 현대적으로 재해석하여 세대 간 소통의 장을 마련하고 있다.  남도들노래 단체는 우리 고유의 문화유산을 지키고 발전시키는 데 앞장서며 전통문화의 가치를 널리 전파하고 있다.

  Namdo Deullorae is a representative agricultural song that has been transmitted centering around the Jindo region of Jeollanam-do, and it is a labor song sung while doing farming work. Recognized for its value as traditional culture in 1973, it has been transmitted and preserved as National Intangible Cultural Heritage No. 51, and it is evaluated as a precious cultural heritage that shows the community culture of our nation.

The Namdo Deullorae Group is a cultural arts organization working for the preservation and transmission of Namdo Deullorae, a traditional agricultural song. Its members inherit Namdo Deullorae, which contains the life and wisdom of labor of our ancestors, and are widely promoting traditional culture through performances, education, and experience progr?ams. In addition, they are continuing the community spirit through various cultural events held together with local residents, and are providing a venue for communication between generations by reinterpreting the unique, soulful melody and cheerful Jangdan (rhythmic patterns) of Namdo in a modern way. The Namdo Deullorae Group takes the lead in protecting and developing our unique cultural heritage and is widely spreading the value of traditional culture.

남도의 숨결, 들노래로 피어나다

남도들노래는 전라남도 농경문화 속에서 전승되어 온 전통 노동요로 함께 일하며 삶의 고단함을 나누고 공동체의 화합을 이루던 소리이다. 이번 쇼케이스에서는 모찌기와 모심기, 풍년을 기원하는 비손, 새참까지 농사의 한 과정을 무대 위에 생생하게 펼쳐내며 남도 사람들의 삶과 흥, 공동체 정신을 전한다.

Spirit of Namdo Blossoms Through Deullnorae

Namdo Deullnorae is a traditional Korean folk work song that has been passed down through the agricultural communities of Jeollanam-do. Sung collectively in the fields, these songs eased the hardships of labor while fostering harmony and a strong sense of community. This showcase presents a vivid journey through the farming cycle—from seedling preparation and rice planting to the Bison Ritual (Prayer for a Bountiful Harvest) and the sharing of Saecham (Farmers' Meal Break)—bringing to life the spirit, vitality, and communal values of the people of Namdo.
